Asim Aslam has been practicing in the legal field for over fifteen years, specialising in Property Law, Civil Litigation and Immigration. Asim has extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property from acquisition to disposal. His clientele includes individuals, developers and wide- scale businesses dealing within the UK and offshore. Additionally, Asim possesses substantial commercial acumen, having represented private as well as corporate clients in pursuing and defending complex high value claims in litigations and dispute resolution. From the onset of his legal career, Asim also established expertise in immigration law. Over the years, he has developed a strong following and a wide client-base, successfully assisting them in all aspects of immigration law, dealing with various “Tiers” of the points-based system, and business and nationality applications along with judicial reviews. Asim graduated in 2006 earning a BSc. in Information Technology, prior to which, he joined a law firm where he was first exposed to the Legal field, and which also motivated him to pursue a law career. Asim passed his GDL from University of Westminster in 2012 and LLM from University of Law with Commendation in 2014. Asim has been enrolled as a CILEx Graduate Member in January 2020 and he has recently successfully passed the Civil Assessment under the Higher Rights Audience Regulations. Arsalan Nayyar is a Management Consultant and his consulting experience spans over 20 years with major firms such as Accenture and Deloitte Consulting during which time he has advised and provided services to leaderships of private and public sector organisations in business strategy, corporate structuring, process re-engineering and large scale systems implementations. He has played project management and lead roles on large multi-million dollar projects and has advised the leaderships of big blue-chip enterprises on various corporate functions such as finance & enterprise performance, I.T. strategy, supply chain automation and strategic sourcing, logistics, strategic planning and marketing. The list of international clients includes Fortune 500 names in a variety of industries such as Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, and the Government. Arsalan is also a seasoned entrepreneur and has founded and managed a number of professional services businesses. He is a director of Lester Dominic Group and the co-founder of a management and technology consulting boutique firm Lester Dominic Consulting, and is also the operational leader for the Strategy & Finance functions for a successful London based law firm Lester Dominic Solicitors.

Sudha Mullick Business Development Manager Having worked in Internal Communications with BP UK for 5 years, Sudha has managed and administered the operations of multiple projects, leading various communication campaigns and taking initiative with regards to changing certain management processes within the organization. She has also assumed other business development roles in numerous SMEs in the UK and worked as a Senior Recruitment Counsellor for London Metropolitan University. Sudha has pursued her undergraduate degree from the top educational institutions of Pakistan and did her post-graduate program from the UK in Digital Media and Communications with distinction. Her extensive professional experience coupled with her versatile work portfolio in advertising, media and business development with well-known brands such as MTV UK and McCann London justify her splendid reputation within her field. Aside from working in the UK, Sudha has previously worked in the Middle East and Pakistan as the Operations Manager for a reputable business consultancy firm in Bahrain.
